COVID-19 UPDATE:

Dear customers, in response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) worldwide pandemic, we are taking measures for the safety of our customers and staff.

Currently we are only shipping to: USA, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & Singapore. 

USA: Packages are now dispatched from NY with the carrier USPS. 

AU, NZ, UK, SG: Packages are now dispatched from Yiwu City (located in Zhejiang province), China. Please note that delays in shipping times and customs are highly expected, and duration may vary, depending on restrictions and staffing changes in each country.

Canada – Dear customers, we are forced to temporarily pause deliveries to Canada due to a significant slowdown in local Customs clearing and Canada Post delivery, caused by Covid-19. We miss you already and can’t wait to be back!

We provide tracking number for every order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.

Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your number.  Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
